For Customers Placing Order

Your prospective customers can easily visit your online shop via the QR code or your shop link you shared or posted on all your social media pages like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp Status, TikTok, Blogs, Group Chats, Forums, Online Adverts and other public places. So when a customer visit your online shop, he/she will check and select his/her desired product to buy, add it to cart, fill in delivery details, then finally click on "SEND WHATSAPPP ORDER" button and it's done.

For Shop Owners

The process starts when the shop owner receives the customer's order notifications on their WhatsApp chat and also on vendor's dashboard which contains a detailed information regarding the order such as ordered product name, amount, quantity, delivery address and any other vital information that will be used by the shop owner to seamlessly facilitate the order delivery. It is as simple as ABC.

Step 1: Go to afiagi.com

Step 2: Click on "Create Shop"

Step 3: Enter the correct required details and click on "Save"

Step 4: You will receive an email from Afiagi which contains your temporal login details and other important information

Step 5: Use the temporal login password to login to your vendor's dashboard and remember to change it to something more strong.

Step 6: Proceed to complete your shop seup.

Step 1: Login to your account,

Step 2: Click on "Shop",

Step 3: Fill in the required details such as shop description, shop address and most importantly, remember to add your active WhatsApp number in the space provided because that is where you will be receiving your customer's order details.

Step 4: Add your shop image and change the default shop logo and cover image to your preferred image using the recommended image size for better quality.

Step 5: Finally, click on the "Save" button and you are done.

Remember to select and update your shop's preferred currency inside your shop setup page.

 

=> How To Set Your Shop's Preferred Currency

Step 1: Login to your account

Step 2: Click on "Shop" and gradually scroll down to "Currency" option and select your country's currrency.

Step 3: Click on "Save"

 

=> How To Add Delivery Areas

Note that without adding at least 1 delivery area in your shop, your customers can not be able to place order on your shop. So kindly follow the simple steps below to successfully add delivery areas.

Step 1: Login to your account

Step 2: Click on "Delivery Areas"

Step 3: Click on "Add New Delivery Area"

Step 4: Enter the area name, enter the delivery cost to that particular area, enter your whatsapp number then click on "Insert" and you are done. You can repeat this same process to add other areas you deliver to.

 

=> How To Upload Product Images

Step 1: Login to your vendor account,

Step 2: Click on "Products" button,

Step 3: Create a new category inside there with any name you want depending on the type of product you are uploading,

Step 4: Under that newly created category, click on "Add Item" to select the product image from your gallery.

Note: The size of the image must be less than 1mb to avoid getting error 403 while saving.

Step 5: Enter the item or product name, enter the decription of the item or product, enter the price of the item you are selling and then add the image of the item or product.

Step 6: Click on "Save" button and you are done.

Repeat the simple process for other products that you want to upload.

 

=> How To Add Variants To Your Products

Variants are the options of a product or item with different attributes such as different sizes, colors, scents, pricing, materials, or any other specific features that your product may have. Follow the simple steps below to successfully add variants to your products. Note that adding variants are optional as it depends on the type of products you are selling.

Step 1: Login to your account

Step 2: Click on "Products"

Step 3: Click on the product that you want to add variant.

Step 4: Click the toggle button to enable variants option and then click on "Save"

Step 5: DO NOT enable system variants option.

Step 6: Under variants, click on "Add Variant".

Step 7: Enter the name of the variant you want. Example: Size

Step 8: Enter the values of the variant name seperated with comma and no space. Example: 40,45,48

Step 9: Click on "Insert"

Step 10: Return to the products list, select the same product again and click on "Add Variant"

Step 11: Enter the price of the new variant you just added and select the variant's option from the dropdown: Example Size.

Step 12: Click on "Insert" button and you are done. You can repeat the same process if you want to add more variants for the same product or other products. 

 

=> How To Add Extras To Your Products

This option helps you to add product addons (custom fields). Follow the simple steps below to successfully add extras to your product. Example: extra pepper, ketchup, etc. Note that adding extras are optional as it depends on the type of products you are selling.

Step 1: Login to your account.

Step 2: Click on "Products"

Step 3: Click on the product that you want to add extras.

Step 4: Click on "Add" button and then add the name and the price of the extras.

Step 5: Click on "Save" and your are done.

 

=> How To Set Your Shop's Opening and Closing Time

Step 1: Login to your account.

Step 2: Click on "Shop".

Step 3: Click on "Working Hours" then from there you can set your shop's opening and closing time from Monday to Sunday by clicking on each of the clock icon.

If you want your shop to be open 24/7, kindly set opening time: 12:00 AM and set closing time: 11:59 PM.

 

=> How To Subscribe and Upgrade Your Online Shop Plan

After creating your new online store, you will automatically be on "Free Plan" which has limited features and benefits. But to upgrade your online shop plan for more features and benefits, kindly follow the simple steps below.

Step 1: Login to your vendor's dashboard.

Step 2: Click on "Upgrade Shop Plan".

Step 3: Check to see the listed plans with there different features and benefits.

Step 4: Select your preferred plan, click on "Switch" and follow the on-screen instruction to pay via Paystack.

Step 5: After successful payment, your online shop plan will be upgraded instantly.

Note: You can subscribe or upgrade your online shop plan from any country and you will automatically be debited the equivalent amount in your cuountry's currency.

 

=> How To View or Copy & Share Your Shop Link

Step 1: Login to your account,

Step 2: Click on "Shop",

Step 3: Then click on "View My Shop" button to access your shop and also copy your personalized shop URL or link and share with your audience.

Alternatively, you can actually boost your sells by automatically sharing your shop link online such as on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, Blogs and so many other platforms by simply clicking on "Share Shop Link" button inside your vendor's dashboard and then select the platform you want to share it on and you will start getting more orders on your WhatsApp chat. You can even decide to run sponsored ads on Facebook, Instafram, Google or on other platform for your online shop to get more customers and to significantly boost your sells.

You can also download and share your shop QR code image if you wish to.

Step 1: Visit afiagi.com on your smartphone by using an updated Google Chrome browser,

Step 2: Click on the 3 dots on the top right corner of the Chrome browser,

Step 3: Scroll down a and click on "Intall App".
